It is no wonder then that arnica arnica is so effective. Preparations containing this ingredient eliminate swelling and bruising. Arnica relieves pain after joint injuries. It not only warms up, but also has an analgesic effect. In addition, it regenerates damaged tissues. Thanks to the fact that it contains essential oils and flavonoids in its composition, it effectively strengthens the blood vessels.
